Our Classes

Classes are made up of 6 to 12 children of mixed ages birth through age 5.  Any number of adult family members are welcome to attend class at any time.  The more adults in your family modeling the disposition to love making music, the better! Classes run for 45-minutes, (6 weeks - Summer; 10 weeks - Fall, Winter, Spring) and include songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play.  Your tuition includes the award winner Music Together® Songbook, and 2 CDs packaged in 1 sleeve.

Show classes for:
10-week Mixed Age Class

This is the essential Music Together class, one that a child can attend birth through Kindergarten experiencing all nine song collections. Younger children enjoy watching older ones, older children lead by leading the younger ones; and the adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together. The whole family is welcome for this valuable music experience.

10-week InterGen Mixed Age

Residents of the senior center are invited to sit in and participate during the mixed age class. Class format otherwise is exactly the same as our other mixed age classes. In essence this class includes ages birth - 100+!

SUMMER 6-week Mixed Age

Parents with children 6 and older may register an older child, free with a younger sibling for our summer session. If you have concerns, please contact the center director. Otherwise the description for this program is the same as for all mixed age classes.

This FREE informational event is open to all adult family members but not appropriate for children. Non-ambulatory infants are welcome.

Our goals will be to:
• familiarize you with the Music Together philosophy
• give you a sense of what to expect in class and at home
• provide an opportunity for questions you may have to be answered.
