Below is a form you can fill out to register for one of our classes. We'll confirm your registration once we have received tuition payment.

Winter
'09 registration is now open for currently enrolled MTM families.
Except for Glen Echo Families, Fall '08 currently enrolled family
spaces are guaranteed until NOVEMBER 22, 2008. Enrollment for all
unpaid spaces will be open to new families as of NOVEMBER 24, 2008.

Mixed Age Class New Family, 1st child: $205.
Mixed Age Class Re-enrollees, 1st child: $190
Siblings who are 8 months or older: $125
Mixed Age Class Siblings under 8 months attend free with a paid sibling.
Big Kids Family Music®, 1st Child (age 5-6 only): $210 You will need to contact the director to register for this class 301-879-6988
Big Kids Family Music, 2nd Child (age 5-6 only): $170
Big Kids Class siblings over 6 years and under 8 months attend free with a paid sibling.
Tuition includes 2 identical CDs, songbook, and activity suggestions for parents. For new families: MUSIC AND YOUR CHILD: A Guide for Parents and Caregivers is included.
Online make-up scheduler is provided.

I agree to waive Music Together
® Montgomery,
Child’s Play Music, LLC, and its staff and teachers, Music Together
LLC, Round House Theatre, Berrend Dance Center, Elite Dance Studio, The
Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, The Town of Garrett Park, Liz Lerman
Dance Exchange, Christ Congregational Church, Glen Echo Park
Partnership for Arts and Culture, Montgomery County, and the United
States Government of all claim for personal injury or property damage
that may arise from use of the facilities before, during and after
Music Together classes. I also accept responsibility for my safety and
the safety of my children at the class location before, during and
after Music Together classes. I agree to abide by the regulations
listed in this brochure.
Regulations
1. An administrative processing fee of 10% of the tuition payment is nonrefundable.
2. No refunds will be given after the 2nd class.
3. Materials: CDs, songbook, and guidebook are nonreturnable unless unopened and suitable
for sale.
4. If you are unable to take a class for which you have paid, please
call 301-879-6988. Every effort will be made to place you in an
alternate class.
5. Fall Winter and Spring - up to 2 makeup classes per semester are
permitted. Missed classes will not be credited or carried over to the
next semester. Fall Winter and Spring make-ups can be scheduled 24/7 on
line.
Media Release
I give permission for photographs of myself and my children to be
published in print as well as on line. I understand our names will not
be printed.
